1. Acceptance

By creating an Account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility & Account Security

You must be at least 16 and legally capable of forming a contract. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and all activity under your Account.

3. Licence & Permitted Use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Service solely for interview practice. You must not reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the Service.

4. Purchases, Tokens & 

No-Refund / No-Charge-back Policy

• Tokens are pre-paid, non-transferable credits (1 token = 1 interview minute).

• All sales are final. We provide no refunds or prorated credits for unused tokens, partial periods or perceived dissatisfaction.

• Charge-backs are strictly prohibited. Initiating a charge-back is a material breach; we may suspend or terminate your Account and recover any associated fees.

  (Mandatory statutory rights, where they cannot be waived, remain unaffected.)

5. Intellectual Property

All platform code, content and AI-generated interviewer assets belong to the Company. You retain ownership of content you upload and grant us a limited licence to process it for the Service.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• upload infringing, unlawful or confidential third-party material without permission;

• use the Service for harassment, discrimination or any illegal purpose;

• attempt to access other users’ data or our source code

7. Privacy

Use is subject to the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE JOB OFFERS, INTERVIEW OUTCOMES, UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE OR ERROR-FREE OUTPUT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPANY’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Company, its directors, officers and employees harmless against any claims arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your Account immediately for breach of these Terms. Sections 4, 5, 7–10 and 13 survive termination.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of [State/Country], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of [Venue]; we may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
